Brand new install of Piwigo through the NetInstall Script.
Uploading pictures fine and they are all working, until I add one new photo in a new folder, then I get these errors:
Warning: getimagesize(./upload/2012/04/13/thumbnail/TN-20120413083607-d9e12a0a.jpg) [function.getimagesize]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/content/15/7654315/html/gallery/themes/stripped_black_bloc/themeconf.inc.php on line 54
Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/content/15/7654315/html/gallery/themes/stripped_black_bloc/themeconf.inc.php:54) in /home/content/15/7654315/html/gallery/include/page_header.php on line 103
If I delete this one picture in the new folder, the error goes away and all of Piwigo runs fine.

Hello
some tips for your next post : a hello, a mention of the extensions enabled or before posting just try to disable plugins and use a default theme.
Because the errors comes from the theme. Ho and the version of piwigo too
You're lucky I'm the author. So : What's wrong with path : /upload/2012/04/13/thumbnail/TN-20120413083607-d9e12a0a.jpg ? what's your version of the theme -and piwigo-?
Best regards

Thank you very much. I apologize if my first post came across as rude. I really think this Piwigo product is amazing, and I hope that i can get this issue worked out.
I am so new with this Piwigo that I'm not able to clearly think through the troubleshooting process. Your simple solution of trying a default theme appears to have resolved my issue. I am no longer getting the error messages.
I was using the Stripped and Stripped & Columns themes.
Thank you very much for your help and patience. I will also read up cause I don't know how to find the version of Piwigo I am using. I installed through the netinstall on Piwigo.org and I don't know where to find that information.
Thanks!

Update: I was able to load two more albums with many photos without issue. Now, if I add just one more picture in one more album, I don't get an error, but the thumbnails do not show at all. I can click on the empty box where the thumbnail should be, and it will display the full image.
I will check the forum for more information about this new issue.

UPDATE:
I have been away over the last few days. Thinking through this issue. Originally, when I posted these pictures in the newest album, they were all available in full format, but no thumbnails. I tried to regenerate thumbnails in batch manager and that did not work.
This morning, I changed the image file names before I uploaded them. They used to be in a 4 digit format, i.e. 0001.jpg, 0231.jpg and so on. I changed them to a 3-digit to eliminate the extra zero in front of them all.
I also uploaded the photos in about 25 images at a time (there are 300 total in the folder). This seemed to help. So at one point I tried to upload 70 at one time. They uploaded, but none of the thumbnails were there, but this time thumbnail regeneration worked.
So far, all photos are available. It may have been because i uploaded more than 1,000 at one time last Friday, and/or it could have been the file name format.
Thank you for all your help.

I seriously thunk it's due to the very large number of photos you tried to upload : many servers have limitations, so be less 'optimistic' the next times ^^

Just an Update -- Over time I have continued to get the "Failed to Open Stream error". Sometimes I am able to use Batch Manager to recreate the thumbnails and other times I have to delete the album and try again.
Recently, I tried the pLoader. It has worked 100% of the time without fail. This is a great tool and has saved me alot of time. Thanks.
