mistic100 and I have worked on a few changes for languages in the Extension Manager.

1) no longer display the long list of flags next to each revision. Instead we display the number of available translations and you can click to display the list, with the language name in addition to the flag (better readibility, maybe better for SEO)



2) on the revision list of an extension, we make obvious the list of new languages and we keep the ability to display all translations availabe.



3) when adding a new revision from SVN, new feature "detect languages" which searches for languages directly in SVN and add the list of translators in the English description.
