I have my user 'example' which can create sub categories to the category X, when I do so with 'example' the page reloads and I see category Y in the drop down instead which user 'example' doesn't have permission to upload to. I have to reload the upload page to have right categories in the drop down again.
I don't have the same behavior with just the community plugin.

I did some more research since I didn't get any response. The behavior is like this:
When I have the icy_picture_modify plugin active and create a new subfolder the page reloads and the dropdown menu only contains categories/sub categories only contains the categories which holds picture as the moment.
If I then reload the upload page the dropdown has a list of the categories I have access to upload with that user.
If I only have the community plugin I only see categories I have upload access to after creating a new subcategory.
