I have just tried the date search on Created Date facility on the search page in 2.7.1. It works fine. This screen allows direct keying of the year and isn't fussed if the month and day are missing. Could this method be used as the basis for making the Created Date entries where necessary instead of the present drop downs?
Again, sorry if this is in the wrong place but it has been an ongoing issue for me for a while and not solved! Thank you.

Hi all

I have an issues with simpleng together with the batch downloader. The batch downloader does only show up for a single picture but there is no download button for albums and search results.

Do you have any ideas why?

I'm using this great theme but the loading progress image won't disappear and I'm not sure why. Does anyone recognize this?

Do not know if it's just me or if it's something with the theme.
When I activate the drop down menus, for example, Specials and Identification, at the top.

This will remove "quick search" box.
I disable the menus, then the "quick search" box is back.

Another question.
How to remove the "Menu" from the drop down list at the top?
Then I do not know if I want to use some of the drop down menus.

Do not know if this is what the talk about v2.6 is.
I jumped in to v2.7.1. :)

Hope someone knows.

SimpleNG is a nice theme for a photography website, a responsive mobile theme.

I'm using this theme and i have some questions:

+ I don't know how to display album description on the album page.
Example : http://inspire.netdepviet.org/index/cat … vietbeauty ( my album )
+ in the photo page, there is a operation menu. Guest can delete the images ???

Admin Tools plugin offer possibility to photo uploaders (non admin, via Community plugin) to edit their photos

The test is $picture['current']['added_by'] == $user['id']

for THIS particular photo I guess the "added_by" field is wrong.

1. Does this photo have something special ? The upload went wrong, you deleted the user who uploaded it ?

2. Can you connect to your database with phpMyAdmin and run

I've checked all the plugins. I'm already fixed my errors with Admin Tools plugin.
When I activated The admin tools plugin, guest members still see the edit/delete tool bar.

Or you just have to go to Admin Tools and uncheck the option to allow non-admin to edit photos.

Anyway Admin Tools display is very bugged with SimpleNG

Hello,

I've installed PiWiGo 2.7.4 on Ubuntu Server 14.10 and SimpleNG newest version (also upgraded to rev.3.2.4).

When I select this theme in my instance I get following errors and no theme displayed (just crappy layout without formatting).

What can I do to fix that, please?

If the first version you have installed was 3.2.3, you must uninstall and reinstall (3.2.3 was installed on a "SimpleNG" directory instead of "simpleng", and the directory name is not changed during updates).

On the album page when you hover over a picture it displays the name and number of visits in (brackets), how can I remove the visits and just show the name?
