When I go to upload I only see two photos which are the latest on my iPad, either it is a bug or it is not intuitive on how to scroll or navigate to my older photos album at my iPad. It makes no difference if I activate the load album on start option or not (or is this meant for Piwigo online albums)?

The app only displays images that are in the "Camera Roll".
If you launch the Photos app on your iPad and go to the Albums tab at the bottom, does your Camera Roll have more than 2 images in it?
The Load Albums on start is for your online albums.
Thanks.

I do have a German localization on my iPad so I don't know what the Album is called, I bet it is "Aufnahmen" as there are the two images in.
The problem is that most of the images are NOT in the Camera Roll and live in different sub folder or the photo stream.
What is the reason that Piwigo iOS is not able to browse the other folders?

The reason to only have the Camera Roll show is because I wanted to get something functioning before implementing a whole complete application -- start small, and grow.
I'll add the feature to browse other options to the to do list. ([Github] Piwigo-Mobile issue #52)
Thanks for the feedback!

I am using the iCloud Photo Library so I suspect this is why I am not seeing any photos - there is no "Camera Roll" on my devices (iPhone and iPad).

Looks great. But
When I try and upload photos I get as far as selecting the main album. As soon as I select an album it crashes.

I'll look into how loading local albums could cause a crash.
Thanks for the feedback, and I'm sorry it's crashing on you.
