I'm new to Piwigo and the forum.  I know that fighting spammers is a hard battle, and I'm sure that's why I have no access to send other users an email.  Is that something that will come automatically after some amount of time, posts, etc, or does it have to be allowed by a moderator?  While I'm keeping most of the discussion public, there is going to come a time when I want others to see if my changes work for them (including causing no unexpected problems) before I either submit them as bug fixes or publish them as user modifications.
