[resolved] Can't upload photos

Hello,

As of a few days ago, I've been completely unable to upload photos to my Piwigo gallery thanks to some sort of loading error with the website. I can't attach my screenshot because it's too big.

So far, I can access my gallery, I can create albums, but as soon as I try to edit them, these errors pop up. I can still click "add photos" but there is no way to upload them afterwards. The errors look like this:

Warning: include(/hermes/waloraweb078/b593/moo.musicalypsenet/photos/include/smarty/libs/plugins/function.html_options.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /hermes/walnaweb13a/b593/moo.musicalypsenet/photos/_data/templates_c/p6jhns^d885096b3fb5209b0f170b08b2499750c3667603.file.photos_add_direct.tpl.php on line 49 Warning: include(): Failed opening '/hermes/waloraweb078/b593/moo.musicalypsenet/photos/include/smarty/libs/plugins/function.html_options.php' for inclusion (include_path='.:/usr/local/lib/php-5.3.29-amd64/lib/php') in /hermes/walnaweb13a/b593/moo.musicalypsenet/photos/_data/templates_c/p6jhns^d885096b3fb5209b0f170b08b2499750c3667603.file.photos_add_direct.tpl.php on line 49

If someone can tell me why this is happening and if there's anything I can do to fix it, I'd really appreciate it. I'm not sure if it's something that's my fault or the website's fault. I had hoped it would go away after a few days but that doesn't seem to be the case.

Re: [resolved] Can't upload photos

I confess that I have no idea how to do that sort of thing. I inherited the website from someone else, so I don't know much about these things.

Re: [resolved] Can't upload photos

That post is trying to say this:

When the original person installed Piwigo on your website, there is a folder for piwigo on your host server which is Photos and the solution is to use any method (based on what your hosting company provides) and empty the content of the folder photos/_data/templates_c/
