I have the same problem:

-Why do I get this message when I try to login:
-Cookies werden geblockt oder von Ihrem Browser nicht unterstützt. Sie müssen Cookies erlauben, um -sich anzumelden.

-No chance to update ...
-I am locked out :-(

And after the update I have many headers on every page, it looks very bad!
What can I do?
Only put them down and install the old version?
