Greetings,
I had installed Piwigo 2.7.1 to my localhost, I would like to upload .eps, .tiff .psd but seen the plugin External ImageMagick is not supported. Is there any method I able to upload .eps, .tiff .psd file with auto generate viewable thumbnail just like upload a normal .jpg or .png file.
Piwigo version: 2.7.1
PHP version: 5.5.15
MySQL version: 4.2.7.1
Piwigo URL: localhost
Thank you.

Hi ddtddt,
I had try Charlies' content, it's not compatible with 2.7.1
By the way, now I'm using FTP + Synchronisation but I need to generate the thumbnail myself, it's time consuming.
I wish to do is, it will auto generate a viewable thumbnail with upload .eps, .psd and .tiff files.
Thank you.

very old thread as we are now 2019
Charlie's works with any piwigo version AFAIK (if not, let me know).
But I only support ftp upload - not to say charlie's don't works elsewhere but I can't test it. Usualy it works.
That said until now charlie's don't support eps (translate it to pdf first) and I don't know for TIFF, never tried to upload a so big file.
AFAIK even ftp upload do not needs anymore generation of thumbnails for images.
For pdf the situation is unknown: on my install, piwigo generates the thumnails itself, but it's not true everywhere, and I don"t know why. This is not Charlie's fault (Charlies allow *reading* of pdf and do not do anything with thumbnails.
