Here is the error I am complaining of.

@executive: Probably only because you're not logged in ;-)

@rtomkins: check your web server's error_log what it says and make sure the user your web server runs as has at least read permissions on all files and access to their directories, and write permissions in and under the photo/_data/ and photo/local/ and photo/upload/ directories.

This is still happening, my host added 2 rules to the whitelist, but still no joy.
