thanks for all your hard work on Piwigo!

I'm in the process of setting up a local installation to serve an existing photo archive. The existing archive contains a number of characters in its paths that aren't currently supported by Piwigo (such as space, ampersand, comma, apostrophe) and I'm making the necessary changes to get it all working. So far the changes are all pretty minor.

Would you be interested in a pull request assuming I get it all in a working state?
