I'm using Firefox and Chrome browsers on an old Windows XP laptop for testing because it has a small screen size... I'm also using the Firefox browser on an Android 10 phone. From the Windows Firefox browser, I ran http://jerrypeek.com/gallery/piwigo-netinstall.php yesterday. After logging on as admin, I found that I couldn't access the bottom entries in the left-hand menu: Tools and Configuration. If I tried to click near the bottom, I'd get the Piwigo website from the link "floating" over the menu. See the first screenshot below.
I can work around the problem by using the browser's "Zoom Out" command, Ctrl-minus (Ctrl-dash), to shrink the contents until the bottom of the menu is visible. See the second screen shot; I circled the zoom percentage in red.
My browser window is 1005x546 pixels. Could Piwigo automatically add a scroll bar or something if the left-side menu doesn't fit?
(BTW, I know that the window title is <img src="..." etc. I temporarily put HTML code in the Gallery Title until I can find out how to put an image there.) I'm running Piwigo on a 1&1 IONOS shared hosting package; they use Apache, MySQL 5.7 and PHP 7.3. (They'll downgrade me to PHP 7.1 if I pay an extra $10/month, which I'd rather not do if I don't have to.) If you want more info, go to http://jerrypeek.com/phpinfo.php .
Piwigo version: 2.10.1
PHP version: 7.3
MySQL version: 5.7

Hello ! The bug has already benn reported several times since October on the French forum http://fr.piwigo.org/forum/viewtopic.php?id=28411
On several OS and several browsers.
I have not heard of any soluce being on the way.
Personnally, I managed a css workaround making the side bar scroll together with the central part. And raising the max height of the side bar from 500px to 1000px.

Thanks for the good news. Because I'm new at Piwigo, and I'm not sure I'll remember to remove any code I add temporarily, I'll keep using the browser command to zoom out a bit (which makes the whole menu visible) until 2.10.2 comes out. I'll also aim to learn how to use Github to find out what bugs have been reported/fixed...
BTW for whoever doesn't know this: Firefox 68.0.1 (for Linux, at least) has an easy way to make screen shots -- including just part of the window. It's on the right-click menu as well as on the "Page actions" menu (the "..." in the address bar). After you take the screen shot, open a graphics program like GIMP or Paint and use the paste command (Ctrl+Shift+V in GIMP).

I have had an account at Github for years and I still do not understand how to use the (not so) new version of it. I have to ask everytime my son to get the files I need. Sometimes, I may also copy the code in notepad and save it under the right name to build my file. So trying to get informed about novelties in a project seems to be completely out of my reach. I am no geek and I use Windows and I am nuts with command lines.
