Sorry, I haven't had a chance to get back to this for awhile. But I really need to find a solution to this.

Here's what I have:
• Piwigo 2.10.2
• Operating system: Linux
• PHP: 7.0.15 [2020-07-01 23:07:34]
• MySQL: 5.6.41-84.1-log [2020-07-01 23:07:34]
• Graphics Library: External ImageMagick 6.8.9-9

I tried to follow the troubleshooting instructions, but it’s more complex than I could understand this late at night. I’ll try and work my way through it again tomorrow after work, and then post as far as I get.

Okay, here are my results, using the following album as my example:

1) Are your pictures registered?
As far as I understand this, yes. In the album itself, thumbnails show for all photos. WhenI add them to the caddie, and go to photos management, thumbnails show there for all fo them. Under batch manager, same thing, all thumbnails show.

2) My pictures are registered, but no thumbnails!
This is not my problem. I have thumbnails for everything.

3) I see the thumbnails, but nothing or missing pictures on the public side
This might be closer to my problem, although I can see some sizes of the photos, it's just not generating all of them. And all my photos are set to Visible to Everyone. No albums are set to Private. And my gallery is already using External ImageMagick 6.8.9-9.

So nothing in that post actually seems to address my issue.
