Hello/Hi/Greetings,

I have the gallery locked for maintenance, but now can't login as admin. I an fairly certain I am using the correct admin password but always get "403 forbidden". Is there a way of unlocking Piwigo via the database/php admin and/or resetting/removing the admin password?

Found 'gallery_locked' in database and changed that to 'false' and now able to log in. I haven't updated the admin password, so it appears that if log out whilst gallery is locked for maintenance that I can't log back in.

Piwigo 11.3.0 Check for upgrade
Operating system: Linux

I think this may be related to database upgrades and password handling in later versions of PHP + MySQLI.

I suggest you change you admin password so a new gets stored in the database, and also upgrade php to a 7.* version. Running on 5 is just a bad idea now that 8 is out so 7 branch would be a minimum. If you gallery can handle the upgrade...

Thanks, have updated the password but reluctant to retry locking the gallery at the moment. PHP version is set by my ISP, so will check what they can do:)
