Unable to login as admin

Hi

I am running piwigo on a raspberry pi. I recently upgraded the o/s from raspian buster to bullseye.
I have also installed nginx to replace apache.
mariadb was also updated.
Since the o/s update, I have been unable to login to piwigo as an admin user.  I can see all the galleries and photos that were previously loaded.

I have checked the nginx config and all is well. ssl certificate has been installed. I have updated the password in the mariadb to see if the # had been changed with the o/s update

Can anyone suggest a way I can find a way to login to the admin pages in piwigo so I can update the version to 12 and keep all the existing content?

mariadb version shows:  mysql Ver 15.1  Distrib 10.5.12-MariaDB
piwigo version 11
nginx 1.18.0

Re: Unable to login as admin

You can try to set your password anew.

Re: Unable to login as admin

Thank you for this information. I had not found this topic. I was looking for the salt error rather than forgotten password.
I have now regained access to the admin area of piwigo and updated to version 12.1
Still getting invalid character error though - will try to find the solution for that now.
