After upgrade to 13.4.0 i got the following error.

Apparently your include/config_default.inc.php wasn't updated, it should contain

$conf['fs_quick_check_period'] = 24*60*60;

from this change [Github] Piwigo commit 5e002afe

The file with the change is present in the 13.x_to_13.4.0.zip upgrade archive, so check why it wasn't applied for you (and what else may not). The upgrade archive is available from https://piwigo.org/download/dlcounter.p … =13xto1340 so you can compare to detect what you're missing (and overwrite your installation with that content).
