I have finally done all the changes described here:

And playback and synch of video works!
But for some reason I keep getting the full resolution of the video after a flash of a smaller size thumbnail?
I have deleted everything and done countless resynch with different settings
But for some reason its just to big, same with playback its full size
Am I just missing some small settings in options?
Environment details: (Docker)
Piwigo 2.10.2 Opgraderingtjek
Styresystem: Linux

Hi casperse,
I don't think this plugin does live transcoding to downsize the videos. It will stream the video as-is. The workaround that I do is that I downsize my videos before uploading them. It takes a bit of extra disk-space but then videos are streamed with less bandwidth.
