I can use this variable to show or hide the template tab in the side menu:

$conf['show_template_in_side_menu'] = false;

in my local/config/config.inc.php.

Is there also a variable to show the plugin-LocalFilesEditor and the plugin-AdditionalPages direct in the side menu?
