Hello/Hi/Greetings,
I've acidentally overwritten my index.html file. Does piwigo keep a backup, or is there a default I can use to restore it?

index.html of what? There is none in the main directory, but probably you meant index.php that you can just copy from the installation zip package of your Piwigo release version, e.g. latest (currently 13.6.0) from https://piwigo.org/download/dlcounter.php?code=latest
