Observation: Possible install error

Piwigoers...

Just an observation for the development team. First, I'm totally new to Piwigo, but I have been doing web development for ages.

Doing a manual install, the setup form asks for the prefix for table names, I used a string that contained a hyphen. I thought that might cause a problem, but figured that I'd give it a try. The setup script went away and never came back. No messages. When I went back to the main URL, it gave me an error message. Unfortunately I didn't save it, but it did sorta indicate that some PHP failed at a "-". I wiped out the installation and tried again, this time with a value that didn't contain a hyphen .. and all's well.

Seems like the hyphen causes trouble. Might either disallow it as a valid value, or do what's needed to make it work. (Or, maybe that was a red herring and isn't the issue.)

Just thought I'd let someone know.

Cheers,
...scott
