You may be using an outdated Piwigo version with PHP 8.1 or later, you didn't tell.
It's (only) deprecated messages (and the "Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent" is resulting from displaying them), either disable displaying deprecated and warning messages (because it effectively may break functionality of a page even if nothing else is broken), in local config
$conf['show_php_errors_on_frontend'] = false;
or fine tune message classes to display, see [Forum, post 183126 by erAck in topic 31852] Menubar tags issue after 12.2.0 upgrade, or better, log to file instead.

If you are not using the latest Piwigo (currently 14.4.0) then upgrade.

I am guessing there is instructions how to update it on the site. I am not a programmer is there a video on an update?
The question though, is whether this update contains automatic updates when there is one.
