It say in features for the pro package
1 administrator
Does it mean that if I get the paid cloud piwigo I have no webmaster rights to install plugins etc

The webmaster is an administrator.
You can activate or disable plugins
As during the 30-day test

Misunderstanding
I have a customer we host the piwigo for. he is webmaster
What I wanted to do was create a second webmaster that I can use when he need help. It is safe to say that he is not especially technical. But he want to try himself. I wanted the second account to use when he need help. And that he can disable it for security
