It happens to me when some file names do not comply with web rules : they would include a space, an accented letter, a punctuation mark in the name...
I installed the plugin Edit Filename. And when I meet the case of an invisible photo, I access to the photo via the batch edition mod of the album, check the name and correct it to remove spaces  or change accented letters.

On the web, a file name should be made of simple letters, numbers, the signs - and _ but nothing else before the extension. Capital letters are possible.

I often get caught out by tiny spaces I hadn't noticed.
