Deleting an album and photos DO NOT delete on disk: normal or bug ?
Hello,
I deleted several albums and I want to know if : it is working as design or is this is a bug?
Deleting albums AND photos is ok through Piwigo, the album is no more there, that's ok, however the directory and the files (photos/videos) are still there.
If the answer from Piwigo team is: It works as design,
it means that a lot of place can be (is) lost on disk, and reconciling Piwigo and directories/files must be done. Is there a program / plugin already written and available to do that?

Bonjour Phil,
When one deletes an album, there is an option to delete ALSO the photos included, and another option to delete ALSO the photos included, even if they are in an other album than the one you want to delete.
Did you see these options ?
Note : My Piwigos work with virtual albums only, photos being uploaded via the web form.

Yes as I deleted several albums, I tried the three options, same results: album deleted but directory and photos(files) still on disk. So I manage the physical part on my side.

Every thing is Ok through piwigo, but not on disk, says with others words:
-disk do not reflect piwigo view
