I may suggest you to search for a plugin in our extensions manager : http://piwigo.org/ext/
something like [extension by Eric] UserAdvManager or [extension by rvelices] RV Akismet

I have Askimet. I have installed UserADVmanager, but if I in the plugin menu click on UserADVmanager, than nothing happens...

Can you make a screenshot of happen when you click on the link of the plugin ?
