Ok, I uploaded an entire album with the flash uploader and then 4 with the older uploader. No matter what there is only an error symbol where the image should be, even in the admin area... Any help :/

Unfortunately I'm having this exact same issue. Weirdly enough the first few photos I imported created thumbnails and are showing correctly.
When I go to batch manager and select a series of 5 photos to create multiple sizes it starts but in the end it says '5 photos were not generated'.
I hope there is a solution, I just uploaded a few thousand photos in several dozen albums.
Cheers.

Hello
sry we didn't answer.
On your gallery I see
http://www.jessetechno.com/gallery/i.ph … 192-th.jpg [External ImageMagick] Corrupt image array ( )
What's your environment ? (first page in administration)
Could you try to set $conf['graphics_library'] = 'gd'; via Localfiles editor

I GOT IT!!!! YOU are right!!!!
1. Open: path_to_gallery/admin/image.class.php to fix the images.
2. Find "$conf['graphics_library']" in that file and replace with "$conf['graphics_library'] = 'gd';"
3. Save file and all will work perfect!

Never ever modify the core/default files ! I've told you to use LocalFiles Editor and put in local config

[Forum, post 134747 by flop25 in topic 20222] Change description place
[Forum, post 134430 by flop25 in topic 20239] Registration page
[Forum, post 134221 by pewe in topic 20208] Configure mail
etc
It's a plugin provided in the Piwigo package

I am relly glad you are helping me but.... YOu should try being less bitchy to people that are not as quick to know what you freaking mean! I like this software a lot but the whole reason for people coming on here and asking questions is for you to help them! Taking time to fix this issue is a waste of MY TIME! And its your fault that the software is not working. NOT MINE! So don't be rude to me when its relly your issue not mine.

I agree about being rude. This is never good. But please just don't forget that people helping you and writing the software are volunteers and they are wasting their time for free. So you cannot really talk about your time or their time....

Sry if you was upset by my post but saving our time means more time to help the others or improve Piwigo, or one of my extensions. Let's close that.
Is the problem solved?
