Hi
The Entry Processes is causing problems on my server by exceeding it's limits
I have been in touch with my host technicians and this is what they say is causing the problem.
Thank you for contacting UK2 Support. We're sorry that you've received these errors. It seems as though these are the scripts that are causing issues:
public_html/gayprideuk.com/adult/picture.php
public_html/gayprideuk.com/adult/i.php
I would recommend removing or optimizing these scripts to avoid further issues.
If you need any additional assistance, please let us know and we will be happy to help.
Now this is really heavy stuff for me and would not dare interfere with functions that I now nothing about.
I have used the optimizing tool in the maintenance menu on a regular basis but this does not seem to fix the problem.
This problem closes down the data base functions on my server until it settles down.
I have also seen a graph of the entry processes usage and for reasons unknown to me the two PHP codes mentioned above sends the usage sky high.
can I remove the to PHP pages or is there a fix for the code?
Kind Regards Brian

Hello
on shared hosting, you should disable all size excepting the medium one, and run preferentially the resize on local then upload them

Hi FLOP25
Thank you for very quick response
I have restricted all pictures to medium as suggested.
also my upload pictures are web optimized before posting (average picture size 40kb)
I will give this a couple of days trial and will let you know the results.
Whilst I have your attention would you take a quick look at one of my old posts

If you have any ideas on this as well it would really help

Hi FLOP25
Further to the tweaks that you suggested I have made more changes.
I was also running wordpress on my server. On reading others comments wordpress uses a lot of the server resources. As you know I am on a shared server so I have uninstalled wordpress and the server resources are now running at an acceptable level.
Thanks again for your time.
I am very sorry it has taken so long to reply but I am now in a wheelchair and trying to get used to the idea.
Kind Regards Brian
