Re: Piwigo Translate Tool (Requests)

Could we get a section for the iOS mobile app?

Here's the file with the current english strings (these are subject to change and more are to be added): [Github] Piwigo-Mobile file piwigo/Resources/Localizable.strings

The format is:
"key" = "value"
A %@ is the same thing as a %d or %f.

Thanks.

I think it's a bit too soon. But yes, we will translate it (whatever the tool or method we use)

To begin with we can perfectly translate/commit this file manually and maybe focus on "most used" languages (the first 15 languages represent ~95% of users).

Then if the tool is not compatible with the iOS strings format, I can write a "converter" to generate a compatible file (and back converter to commit on the iOS app). That's a solution on a second time :-)

Re: Piwigo Translate Tool (Requests)

Hi guys...
I think asked this before, (if not) I'm gonna ask it again:
Please provide a little description on each string, or maybe give a preview link so we can see where exactly it used...
Thanks... :)

Re: Piwigo Translate Tool (Requests)

That would be great but unfortunately the project itself is dead, I don't have time (and don't want) to work on it anymore.

So it will stay as it as long as it is working.

Of course mistic100 is writting about the translate tool, not Piwigo!

The translate tool is not "dead" it is not just "evolving" anymore. It is still usable and has been made compliant with Github repositories.

Re: Piwigo Translate Tool (Requests)

Hello,

I would like to help on the translation to Dutch/Nederlands. I noticed the admin section translations can still use some updates. Currently only the common.lang.php file is visible to me in the translate tool.

Hi,
I'd like to be part of the translation team for the Romanian language.
For the moment I see that I don't have the permission on http://piwigo.org/translate/
